How to make an order with us?, you can follow the instructions below:
- Choose the items that you want to purchase with us.
For more information about our product details, you can see on our Website. For more information about our pricelist and minimum order quantity (MOQ), you can see on Pricelist page. If you need to ask with us, you can call or send an email to us, go to Contact Us page.
- Place an order.
We use email order system for place an order. After you choose the products that you want to order, please send an email to us about the products that you want to order. Also don't forget to send your shipping address, then we can calculate the total cost of your order.
- Processing the invoice of your order.
We will provide an invoice for each purchase. After we got your email, we will make an invoice of your order. In this invoice we will provide your shipping details, purchase details and the instructions how to make a payment.
- Payment.
When we finished make your invoice, we will send it to you by email. You should check the invoice, if there is no problem with your purchase and shipping details, you can send the payment of your order that instructed on the invoice. And please confirm to us if you sent the payment, so we can process your order as soon as possible.
- Shipment.
Don't forget to send an email to us after you sent the payment. We will ship your order after we received your payment. We will provide the tracking number of the shipment, so you can track the shipment of your package.
